I recently moved here from NH having visited the Charleston area for the last 6 years.

 

I hired Vaughan Fencing to repair my fences and gates in the front and back yard, repair some beautiful wood work around my backyard wooden patio, and repair my deck. I have 2 dogs over 120 pounds and needed the yards secured so they cant get out, and nothing can get in. The fence in the back is about 35 8 x 6 panels so it is large.

 

Having just bought the house, I need to buy a washer and dryer and other things as well. I needed to find someone who would explain to me and be able to point out to me what I can do to make my deck safe and good looking on a budget and the fence good looking, solid and secure, rather than just quote a price or just tell me to rip and replace.  

 

Michael from Vaughan Fencing took my call and set a convenient and reasonably quick time to come out and and look at all the work I had. He hands on reviewed the work and explained the current status of my deck and fence, and took the time to explain to me what I could do based on my budget, happily showing me what he observed. As I requested he was happy to offer several choices I would have. When he left I reached out several times to ask questions before hiring him and he promptly and happily answered my questions, never once pressuring me to hire him.

 

Once I determined the work to be done and the cost, Vaughn Fencing was on time the day they said they would arrive and got to work immediately. The feeling of having these projects behind me and done correctly and beautifully, which they did, is amazing! The jobs were finished better than I imagined and on time. They even threw in a few freebies of work that I forgot to mention when getting quoted. They were polite and professional onsite and cleaned up not only any debris from their work, but from previous work debris under the deck and other areas. They also corrected a few issues from previous work which I didnt expect, protecting me, their customer as if it were their own yard they loved - no extra charge.  

 

So, as a Thank You, I am writing this letter of my highest recommendation for Vaughan Fencing and Landscaping Design. It was a pleasure spending the money I budgeted and putting these projects behind me, extremely happy with my fences, gates, deck and our new Home! Thank you Vaughan Fencing and Landscaping Design!
